While working on a project, СЕО can realize the majority of tasks inside of the team (for instance, CTO is responsible for R&D) or outsource them from the external agencies (for instance, PR). But the main responsibilities of the entrepreneur are business development and sales.
There are few qualities of СЕО that are important for business development:

— the ability to understand the system of mutual benefits between the startup and partners, clients and contractors;
