While working on a project, СЕО can realise the majority of tasks inside of the team (for instance, CTO is responsible for R&D) or outsource them from the external agencies (for instance, PR). But the main responsibilities of the entrepreneur are business development and sales.

There are few qualities of СЕО that are important for business development:
— the ability to develop network in certain direction, accumulating the expertise and base of warm contacts;
— the ability to understand the system of mutual benefits between the startup and partners, clients and contractors;
— the ability to negotiate mutually beneficial terms of cooperation.

Denis Dovgopoliy and Anna Smyrnova from GrowthUP Group will conduct a two-staged seminar for technological entrepreneurs to help them to improve the key competence in this area.
